"This is my go to spot for a real spa experience. Nothing beats it. All there staff are great, the location on the outside seems dull but inside is fantastic"
"I do not recommend coming here for a pedicure or manicures. I had gel on already, and it took her over 30 minutes to remove it because they file it all off with a flimsy file. They try to soak it with some sort of solution to loosen the gel But she absolutely wrecked my toenails by doing this. I’m not sure why they don’t just use a drill, but it’s just not a professional experience and if anything, they ruin your nails more with their technique. I also wanted to get gel back on, but it looks terrible and very sloppy. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted her anything she just kind of went to town, and all of my toenails are oddly shaped now. I regret coming here because the pedicure I had on before it looked better than this. Go elsewhere, seriously."
"I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist told me they were booked out for the week. This is totally fine, but what I found upsetting and really rude was, the receptionist didn't offer to look for another time. Completely rude!"

"I've been here for Massage, but this time, we decided to take my mother here for 3 pedicures. We paid $70 for my daughter to get her toes to look over missed or just not add any attention to details to my daughter pedicure. She was done 40 mins after with Shellac. My daughter sat there quietly for 10 mins. The technician looks like she didn't even file or cut toe nails properly. It is 50 min services, but since it was 12 years, I guess she doesn't deserve the full time or quality doesn't apply. I also requested two shellac sessions, and the techs refused to switch until after our feet were in the tubs. That didn't sound very sanitary to either or us to be putting our feet in each other tubes. Couldn't they just switch to accommodate our requests, which we made appts for? It wasn't a good experience, and the middle tech seemed like she was very upset throughout the whole process. Being offered help oof the steps is one thing, but if I don't want to touch it, please understand. When I told you no thank. I don't need you to insist on grabbing my arm. I had a new tattoo on my arm and didn't want it to be grabbed at."
