"this lady didn’t even do what i asked for and completely ruined my hair i am still trying to get the color back to normal. i asked for a root touch up because i had my hair colored before and had some grow out and also asked for some money pieces. she completely covered my head in foils (bleach) i never asked to be blonde and my hair was straight yellow with spots of bleach everywhere. Afterwards she didn’t even ask if i wanted my hair styled she just curled it to cover up all of the spots of bleach everywhere. My hair is now damaged from all of the bleach and now i can’t get my hair back to its original color. i don’t even know her name but i’m pretty sure she was the owner. I am so mad and DO NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!!!!"
