"More than half price at appliance mechanics and appliance services by Paul! Try them instead! I had a small plastic piece break on my Whirlpool dishwasher, had a technician come out to order a part. Just wanted to have some adjustment rollers parts replaced wanted to charge me almost $500 this included the $75 that they charged me for just coming out. I guess I'll buy a new dishwasher, at least I'll have the warranty, and it'll be about the same price. Not $500 worth of work or parts, sounds like a rip off to me. The parts are only about 40 to $60, so they wanted to charge me over $300 to install the part plus the $75 they charge me for originally coming out. I would look to go with someone else, my bad!"

"If I could give a negative 5 stars I would...these guys are terrible. They absolutely don't care at all about providing good customer service. They just want to take your money :( Please use another appliance repair company!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Sadly one it is. They came out August 31st to check out our refrigerator. Supposedly figured out the issue, but said the part was back ordered and would be 10-14 days. No communication in that time. Another two weeks went by (so a month) and I reached out. The worker I spoke to said they would “find out what was going on and reach back out.” They did not. I called back 5 days later and basically their response was, “I don’t think we can get the part.” They never reached out proactively once. Not once. We had paid half upfront and they did refund it, but kept their diagnosis fee - which I sort of understand but we WANTED them to do the work. THEY backed out and never even told us. We’ve now been a month without our fridge and they didn’t even apologize. Just said, “Oh manufacturer error.” Yes, but you could call and let us know before a month goes by and wave the initial fee because you can’t fix it/refuse to fix it. Just poor service all around. Would never recommend and would never go back."

"We've had the same technician out at our house literally once a week for the last seven weeks and every time we had a new diagnosis and a new washer part that needed to be ordered (which requires a deposit). We finally got a new part put into our washer last week. Went to do a load and there was no water filling into the machine - which was never the issue. Called that night and asked for a new technician to come out and reception apologized and stated they would have a supervisor come out. About a week later the same tech showed up, fiddled around and everything sounded and looked fine. The next day I go to do a load and we have the exact same problem. Needless to say, we will not be calling for an eighth time."

"They did not come in allocated time slot. We waited for them. We had to work around work and meetings. They came 2 hours late. Fortunately they had the part but they quoted us $80 more than another company. The part fell off and leaked. They had to come back and fix it. Fortunately it was covered for 90 days. It was hard to communicate between Famous Appliance Service and our tenant. I would go with the Dash Appliance Service next time because he was more responsive and gave me a quote right away. This company you need to go through a bunch of office staff that had to call the technician. The only reason why we ended up using Famous Appliance Service is because we were in a time crunch to get it fixed but it ended up to be more time, money, and hassle in the end."
