"Had my 2005 Focus for 3 weeks. He promised over and over again the repair was complete only for me to arrive and be told otherwise. I called ahead to confirm it was ready, then on arrival told the opposite again. When I finally received my car he acted as though he did not recognize me after seeing me several times a week for 3 weeks. My car was missing minor parts and the tie rod and suspension (the specific things he was replacing) were just a bad as the day I brought the car in. Zero repairs in 3 weeks. Do not trust this mechanic."
"They lied to me! Told me they would charge me $25.00 for labor then charged me $160.00 for an oil change and a coolant change. $40.00 for oil, $40.00 antifreeze =$105.00 with labor. That means I got charged $55.00 more than we agreed on. For a guy who has a picture of jesus in his shop should probably work on that thall shalt not lie thing. I could have taken it to the dealer for that price and got a free carwash with it."
"They were so amazing! My check engine light was on and he was able to look at my car immediately when I showed up. He also topped off some of my fluids because they were really low completely for free!! You can tell the owner takes pride in his business. Will come here from now on for any car issues I have!"
