"I bought a DeWalt set from another company and burned up the battery in 2 weeks I call dewalt them selfs and they told me I needed to bring it to the main office in salt lake city I live in utah county didn't want to drive all the way up to their office I called great western and asked if they could exchange my battery for me when the dewalt trucks comes to there shop they said they would 2 days passed and I called and asked if the truck came they said no and told me that they would just swap it out for me that is in my opinion very great customer service I am very happy with them I have never bought anything from them before but I will from now on I love the service and very helpful and polite people"
