"Columbia no longer sells to the general public. They only work with contractors now. There is no indication of this change on their website. In the past, I had ordered baseboards, doors, and casing from Columbia and was very satisfied. They said I would need to work with a contractor to order product. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with it! Joel and his team went above and beyond to try to make the door the size after my contractor accidentally made the space too small for the door We wanted. They resized it and customized it and I don't even know how they did it. But it is fantastic! If you want great service and true craftsman, this is the place to go. When we arrived our trailer was in no way set up to transport it. The crew at Columbia helped my husband prepare it for transport even though that wasn't their job."
