"Don't waste your time here. Main salesmen is absent most days. Don't over order, they'll rob you on the return and take what you brought back to sell at full price. Cuts and all. Management will only take proper care of personal friends. And they will sell product they already sold out from under other customers. Solid theft by deception."
"Paid for my flagstone on sept 3, told on phone i would be contacted soon on delivery. I called a few days later they said adam would look into it and call me back. i went to store on Sept 13th to ask about it...adam was busy so the person at front desk stone was in and was going out next day. I told her it was important to let me know the day because placement at job site was critical. Two days later i get a message that driver will be at house in 20 min. i get home from work and sure enough the stone is on the wrong side of property. I leave messages with driver, store and Adam how upset I am and the hardship this will cause. Within 2 hrs Adam calls and lets me know they are sorry, they have had equipment issues etc. They will have a truck out the next day to move the stone. 8am next day driver knocks on door, confirms location and moves stone. Mistakes can happen but at least u know Hearth n Home will do anything to make the customer happy. Thank You Adam"
