"Personally, I find Best Vinyl to be a very good company who stands behind their products and their installs and who are actively working on remedying any issues encountered in the past. That is, after initially encountering some minor scheduling and communication issues with a past install, I have come to find out that the company has implemented a dedicated team to address customer grievances and resolve them in as fair and equitable manner as possible. Recently, I ran into an issue with a gate and latch after a severe windstorm, and this dedicated team arrived to look at it and see what needed to be done in order to get it repaired. Even though the fence and gate were installed approximately 2 to 3 years ago, they determined that it was an improperly sized gate and was too small for the opening. After checking with the home office, Aubrey and Jordan ended up replacing the entire gate with a larger one free of charge. It is absolutely wonderful to see a company going above and beyond and providing such outstanding customer service! Thanks Best Vinyl"

For the same price as another local fence company, their specs and installation process was just more thorough and better quality. Greg (salesman) was great to work with and responsive. The installation crew was not subcontracted, but were actual employees of the company, which makes a big difference in how much they care. They were professional and really did a nice job. The foreman (Gavin) made sure everything was done right and all my concerns and requests were met. I stayed home from work to verify their work, and I was only impressed by Gavin's attention to detail and desire to do the job well. He was simply fantastic to work with.
