"Allen's Flooring installed carpet about a month ago in the home I purchased. I was referred to Allen's Flooring by my awesome real estate agent Aceneth Warner. Martin from Allen's Flooring installed the carpet and I highly, highly recommend Martin if you are looking for highly qualified installer. I am also sure all of Allen's Flooring installers are just as qualified. Martin has been installing carpet for years and his skill is vary apparent. The new carpet was installed on the entire top level of my home consisting of two separate hallways, three large bedrooms, a large loft and a long stairway. The carpet was completed in one day. The carpet chosen was considered luxury grade III and because of the expense I wanted to ensure it was installed correctly and Allen's Flooring exceeded expectations. I don't know how Martin did it, but somehow the carpet was installed with very few seams even in areas where it didn't seem possible. In my previous home, I chose a carpet installer that I did not know but he was someone I thought I was helping. We did not get our install completed and we had pre-paid up front and the carpet that was installed was not stretched, had multiple seams and it was not a good experience so this time I was careful. If you are considering installing new flooring in your home, I would say to ask around and find a reputable company. I was given a referral to Allen's Flooring not just from my Agent but multiple people and that is what got my attention since I kept hearing that name over and over as a reputable company. I don't know anyone from Allen's Flooring and I am not acquainted with anyone that works there other than being a very satisfied customer that is highly impressed with the service."

"I would not recommend this company. I was told to preserve the imported flooring underneath that two way tape would be used instead of nails. Now time for carpet to come out my floor is completely ruined…I was told by the “new owner” that Home Depot sales some caulking that might match. Flooring is ruined and I’ll be hiring another company to replace."
