"I have visited this store many times and it’s my go-to craft store. They are a little shorthanded at times but the staff is always smiling and happy to help you. I went in for a new gathering foot and Andrea really helped me get what i needed! She not only helped me find what i needed but she showed me how each foot worked. Excellent customer service on her part ! She needs a raise"
"Visited Joann's 2 days in a row and the check out line was long. Only one girl at the check out. She was pleasant and helpful, but the rest of the staff very unconcerned about the line. We waited for clise to 20 minutes to check out. The gentleman finally came over and checked one person out then went back to what he was doing telling the check out girl that "she was on her own" again. Completely unacceptable customer service there were still 4 people in line waiting."
"It was the best the Clinton store is where I shop most of the time and the employees are special. I shop Riverdale once in a while and they are professional but I prefer Clinton."
"Cool experience for my first time in the store. My sister talked me into checking it out for new material to recover cushions on kitchen table chairs (in my preparation for Thanksgiving @ My house) Got enough 'leather looking ' material to cover 8ea chair cushions for $80 bucks. Everyone Loves how they turned out. Here's a photo with some of them"
"Midnight madness sale! But two specific fall items get THREE FREE! Not just garbage.... really beautiful picks, wreaths, sprays, garland, potted plants! I feel like there's always some great deal but this was amazing! Bought $1000 of beautiful faux flowers for $300!!!! That is unheard of!"
