He gave drove to my house in bad snowy weather, measured, and gave me a quote all within a couple of hours. He was able to get the carpets in the same week (only 2 days later). "We’re very new to the area and were looking to have new rugs and vinyl plank flooring installed in our new home. We had contacted a couple places before we found Buckways but they made everything seem complicated. From the moment we walked through the doors at the Buckway’s Flooring showroom, we knew we had found the right place. Cord was our sale rep. and he showed us the products we described to him. He lent us some samples to take home and immediately came out to measure. We had our bid for rugs and floors by the end of the day and were scheduling the installation with Brook the very next morning. I had lots of questions and both Cord and Brook were very patient and kind. We were told our rug installation would take 1/2 a day, but Pablo arrived and did the job in under 3 hours and the rugs look fantastic! We hardly knew he was there. He was fast, efficient and there was no mess. Our floor installation followed and from the moment Fernando walked in the house I knew we were in good hands. He recommended some changes to our initial decisions. We took his advice and called Brook to rework the cost. Ben and Cord worked with us to make everything happen and Fernando expertly installed the floors and new baseboards in under two days which was really important as we had family flying in to help us paint over the long weekend. I would recommend that if Fernando offers you any advice that you listen. He most definitely knows what he is doing. Our floors look great! Our entire experience with Buckway’s Flooring was fantastic!
