"Horrible customer service during busy times. I called two times to speak with Jonathan in the Pro-desk and was put on hold then someone literally hanged-up on me. I never actually got to talk to anybody. Called again, and they did the same action--I heard it get hanged-up. I was not being difficult, I literally never got to explain my situation. I just asked politely to talk to Jonathan or someone in the pro-desk. After 30 minutes, I decided to call a fourth time and asked to speak with the store manager. Mike the assistant manager picked up after the second ring; however, when I started to explain the situation, he literally put me on hold in the middle of my sentence, which was: sounds like they are super busy at the pro-desk, I am happy to give my phone number so they can call me back. Because I was not even given a chance to finish my sentence, leads me to believe that this lack of customer service is top-down and part of their culture. I wish them well, and hope they will get their store under control."

"They did a deck design and ordered everything the wrong size that they did order.. many items didn't get ordered at all. Then $470.00 worth of screws and fastners for a 10x10 deck. Total joke! After waiting 1 1/2 weeks for the order I didn't even have the lumber to start. Took it all back and will find someone competent to order from."
