"This place is like a homeless shelter and you have a better chance of being acknowledged if you are in that situation. I received my food and it was not fresh and had been under a heat lamp for some time. I asked for freshly made food and was told that food is held for a certain amount of time and is considered servable. I bit my tongue and let it go. I was waiting for my food and witnessed to guys come in from panhandling and ask for the restroom. They were let in. I asked to use the restroom and was told it is for paying customer. I told them I had just purchased food and had eaten in the dining room. I was asked to provide a receipt to use the restroom. On my way out to my car, it was asked for money by three panhandlers. Hey, if you are homeless or panhandling, this is your place. If you have kids and are concerned for their health and safety, go elsewhere."
"The restaurant it's self is fine. The food and service are good most of the time. But every time i pull up to order food, I have someone homeless at my window asking for money or food. Not to mention the homeless encampment going on in front of the 7-Eleven next store that you have to drive past as you exit."
"Rude. Delayed. Messed up orders. Drive thru employee just barked “are you using the app” then turned off the outer lane when I said no. Ordered a McGriddle and was given literally only the buns."
"These people do such a great job of keeping this restaurant clean and fresh despite the homeless issue literally surrounding this business. I have never had a problem with these employees either everyone is friendly and helpful. Thank you!"
"The people at this location are generally okay except they didn't even say hello at the drive-thru and just said mobile app today? Because they didn't welcome me, I drove away pretty upset. A little hospitality goes a long way. You need to retrain whoever was on the headset at 3:35 pm today. Especially if your food is going up in price constantly and can barely get a combo for under $10 now. Didn't order this time. Don't be rude"
