"Really over-priced and the quality of the work mediocre at best. The area quoted was incorrect. We are still missing the North side fence that was in the initial consult when Will came out. The price was so high that we had to cut back and apparently that change was removed and the homeowner (me) never saw the new quote or diagram. All of that work and time and our dogs still are not able to run freely in the back yard. I was told that the posts needed to be dug and set for 3-4 days, but when they finally made it out to continue the fencing, all of the posts were up and the fence was strung in the same day. The existing fence should have been tied to the new fence, but was just left a mess and they had to come out a few days later and tie in. They left water bottles, cigarette butts, and fence trash all over in the yard. They disconnected hoses that I have on a timer and stomped on my tomato cages. We had to hire another company to clean up the grapevines just so that they could install the fence; now the grapes are now not on the property or my bench which is on the other side of the fence too. The fence looks nice, but the gate posts have two different caps. They don't pay attention to details. They took only part of the existing fence with them and left the rest of it for me to burn, I guess? Communication is terrible. I've tried to reach out several times - call, text, leaving messages with no response. I am really surprised at the lack of everything, since this was a trusted referral. Really bummed out that we have to find someone else to do the North fence; the gate and 15' of straight 4' fence was quoted at $3k. Seems pretty high, especially for all of the trouble.. _______________________________________________________________Response to Owner: I appreciate your response. However, main contact or no, I am the property owner so Will should have been in contact with me with any changes from the initial plan. When I met with Will, the goal was to have the backyard fenced so the dogs couldn't get out, not a halfway done fence where we still have the same problem that we started with. Budget or no, we needed to have that north side done from the original bid. I did not receive any revisions or edits "according to budget" or notifications of the revised bid. Perhaps, he could have called or emailed them to me, but when I reached out to Will's cell phone or the office for information, he would rarely respond. As the homeowner, I was left in the dark and I was confused as to why he didn't have the north side in the revised bid. Then as I walked the perimeter, there were water bottles, fencing trash, and cigarette butts left everywhere and I noticed the caps didn't match. If Will would have installed the fence on the north side, I probably wouldn't have noticed the defects or the trash."

"The salesman "wil" was aggressive and seemed like he did not know what we wanted, argued with us so much we had to discontinue the contract and find another to finish the project. Unpleasant experience at best. The owner should screen their employees better. And teach them to pickup their cigarette butts."
