"I have been your customer for more than two years. Since the change of owner, their service has not been very good. I am in the restaurant business. I buy a box of okra every Friday. They always arrive on Tuesday and Friday. I always come here at this time. I bought it and told the cashier at the front that I wanted a box of okra. She went to the back to get it. I saw the female boss took the box of okra from her hand. When I went to the front desk to check out, I asked her and she told me that there was no more okra today. I think you Business people can't do this. You have to take it out and sell it. Why should you hide it and say it's gone? I saw it. If I didn't see it, it would be fine. You will lose long-term customers. Everyone is in business. There is no need to do it like this."
