"I have come here every single morning for the last week and not once has my coffee been correct or food and they aren’t even busy. I really don’t want to complain but I hate spending so much money and my order isn’t even complicated. I ask for lite ice and one less pump in an already popular drink. Every day my drink is filled bottom to top with ice EVEN WHEN I ASK FOR LITE ICE. I have ordered this drink once a week for the last year and no other Starbucks messes it up."

"They werent nice. Customer service was awful. Red haired girl kicked us out because we brought puppies. She can ask us politely to take our dogs to outside. Instead she kicked us out. She was really rude and she should be fix her attitude problem. Attitude like that will never go far in real WORLD!!!!! Older man was just laughing with her when she was rude to us. I will never recommend this location to anyone who owns puppies and wants pupcup. How on earth Starbucks can hire people like this. I thought they were better at hiring people. I hope next time they hire someone nice and polite not a little sassy mouth."
"So, I made a mistake when making a mobile order, and was caught in a pickle because you are not able to make changes to mobile orders. I quickly rushed here --Even though my mobile order was for drive-thru-- and ran inside and told the employees I needed to make a change to my mobile order. They told me that they were not able to make change to mobile orders, but they were friendly enough to refund the error that I made. The customer service was pretty good, although if there was somewhat of a line to get through. (Maybe I just came in a busy time?) Regardless, my drink was made well, and I was happy with the visit"
