"Today, I got the most scrumptious, delectable iced matcha with almond milk and vanilla cold foam I have ever had. The drink was filled right to the top, and the cold foam and matcha were made perfectly. There were 3 employees there, one was new (the one who made my drink), and she did an incredible job. They were all very sweet and helpful. 4 stars on food is for a drink mishap I had there a while back. This drink must be made of holy water. The only downside is that I already drank it all. I truly don’t know how I would’ve made it through my day without this drink in my hand. Even my dog could sense how tasty it was."
"This location has a new manager and she does not promote an inviting atmosphere and doesn't seem to treat the employees well. I go here often and could tell quite quickly the mood had taken a turn for the worse. I think she just started but having worked in the service industry for a long time I get the feeling that the whole vibe has been thrown off completely."
