"I really didn’t appreciate it being told one minute while trying to order in the drive through just to be forgotten. Getting off a 12 hour shift to be forgotten in the drive through. Go somewhere else for food"

"Kneaders is our family's favorite sandwich and pastry shop - hands down. There are other choices within a few blocks including Panera and Cafe Zupas, but these national chains don't have the quality of food nor as tasty menu options as Kneaders. My only real complaint is that they aren't open Sundays - our visits to Kneaders would probably double if they were. During this last visit, we ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich, Chicken, Cheese, and Ham Sandwich, and French Dip. All the sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and taste spectacular - you can't go wrong with any of these. I also got a side of White Bean Chicken Chili, and my wife's main dish was a creamy white rice soup in a bread bowl. I have to get the chili every time - I'm addicted. And the creamy wild rice is a new favorite for my wife. One area of improvement needed: the soups are always served lukewarm at best. I'm always nervous about safe food temperature, so most times I have to send it back to be microwaved. You have to splurge on a pastry as well - it's part of the reason to come here. You may not have room for it after your meal, but it makes for a great bite of sweetness before packing up the leftover to savor at home! There's a wide selection from cookies, to cakes, tarts, puddings - and they regularly change out sections so you'll never get bored with your options. The dining environment is a bit small and it can get crowded during popular meal rushes, but we've never had an issue with seating. It is cozy and never gets too loud. This last visit, the staff appeared to be new. They delivered one dish at a time to our table about every 5 minutes. We had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the last person to get their meal while everyone else was just staring at their food. For some reason, the bread on the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwiches was greasy - weird, I know. But these experiences were all unusual - it is a reliably 5-star restaurant. To eat comfortably, figure on $20/person."

"I used to love Kneaders. Their food was great quailing and always fresh, but now their prices have raised and the quality has dropped. The sandwich bread tasted like it had been left out for days. I couldn’t chew through parts of it. I don’t know if it is this location, because we order from another location for our office and it is ok. I also ordered a salad and was asked multiples times what dressing I wanted… and then they forgot my dressing."

"I ordered a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich through door dash, I added extra Turkey and they gave me a nasty sandwich without Turkey and bacon…so does your staff just not know how to read or are they so dumb that they don’t know, a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich needs Turkey and bacon? Nasty sandwich- avocado was not evenly disrupted on the sandwich, just one big clump in the middle, plus they drenched the thing in the dressing! The cheese looked fine, but then of course they forgot 2/3 of the ingredients in the freakin name of the sandwich."
