"We placed a mobile order to go sit down inside and eat our breakfast. It said it would be ready at 10:32 and it wasn’t ready until 11;10. We sat there waiting forever and people after us got their food before us. It was pretty frustrating. The food was also sub-par when it was usually great. I normally don’t write reviews for anywhere but I was a little frustrated and annoyed this time."

"Service at this location has gone seriously downhill. Would love to be able to rate the food but you have to be able to place an order to do that! One group of 6 ahead of us when we walked in the door. After 5-10 minutes that group turned around and left as they hadn’t been helped or even greeted at the register. We proceeded to the register and received the same treatment. Weren’t acknowledged or spoken to by the 3 staff in the kitchen area. After at least another 5 minutes of being ignored we left too. The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. This whole time 2 employees sat in the dining area talking, apparently on break. I don’t see this location lasting much longer given the decline in service. We went across the street to Zupas and the experience was night and day."

"I treated out my husband and sister for desert after eating a delicious luncheon. This review is only reflecting my pumpkin cream cheese pie. It was a disastrous, disappointing pie. I paid $5.99 for a tiny sliver. The pie was more on the hard side. Usually, I am very satisfied with my meal and desert. Not this time. It's my first and last time I am buying this desert. And, to think, I paid a tip on a slow service, too."

"After my experience at this location tonight, I wanted to warn other people. Drove through the drive-thru for soup and the total waiting time from joining the queue to driving off with my food was about 40 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of me and you’d think each car had ordered the entire menu. When we pulled up, we waited at the window for 5 10 minutes to have someone acknowledge us. Tried to rationalize that they were probably really busy inside (even though there always seems to be a long wait for this location), but saw there had only been four customers inside eating. Unbelievable. Normally I’d shrug it off as a bad experience, but 40 minutes is a completely baffling time to wait in line. Wish management would correct this! On a positive note, the soup was good lol"

"Alittle busy. I had their french dip and it was really good. You can tell the difference in quality when the bread is fresh."
