"I can to Wendover kind of spur of the moment for my family or to spend time with my family and unfortunately my husband and I ran out of juice for our e-cigarettes and time was very crunched and the gentleman who assisted me was absolutely amazing. I called him about 10 minutes to 9:00 p.m. which is when they closed and he said that he would wait for me and that type of customer service is so far and in between these days that this employee needs a raise. I'm going extra mile offer customers is in my opinion the only way to do business. So even though I'm wearing flip flops in November and I am freezing if he is dedicated to helping me I'm dedicated to making sure I get my butt there as fast as possible. So very grateful."

"If I could give a negative star review I would! Never been treated so badly trying to spend money in a smoke shop. The guy that runs the place was very rude and condescending when we were asking questions. We had been in previously and bought a tank there and needed a new coil he said we never have them and you would think they would keep stuff like that for the products they sell. He never has very good selection of products and they seem to be very over priced He was acting like it was such an inconvenience for us to be in there wanting to spend money and then to ask him questions was just too much for him to bother with. After the way we were treated will make sure to get everything we need before coming out."
