"They suck. What's the point of points of they NEVER let us collect them? Starbucks has gone down so bad. Point system is stupid. They are so quick to cash you out and tell you "sorry i can try to call but pretty much your points are lost". She didn't even give me time to pull up my scan code. Just ugly first thing in the morning to be greeted with attitude.. like im the inconvenience coming into HER coffee shop."
"The employees here are sooo rude. I bet not many people come here to do a review being inside the casino, but after 2 years, Im fed up with the attitudes and shear laziness. Even newer employees!! I have only run into 1 nice employee here in the past. The dread about the thought of coming in here is Im sure having affect on drawing customers into the casino cause having a free drink is one of the reasons I come, due to so many drawbacks but I can get my free drink over at the red garter, which usually I prefer nuggets slots"

Find another job than.As I am standing in this little rush they had one of the girls boyfriend slips in and gets a coffee. I seriously have never had a macchiato that tasted like this."
"It’s 24 hours, honestly all Starbucks should be. If casino Cafe isn’t doing it for you, this place is goodd.mobile order not available at this location. Late night cafe run , two Venti holiday drinks made perfect. The staff was courteous. Seating is limited. Full snack bar with all the goods. It is located is to the left of main entrance lobby check in, past gift shop."
