"I saw Craig intermittently for a few years, we worked on communication issues and anxiety for the most part. Once I got the courage to seek help for sexual abuse that had occurred several times, he victim blamed me. I described the events that happened and his response was that I should not have been drinking or going to parties. He was helpful with communication and anxiety therapy, however I strongly feel he is not equipped to treat sexual trauma. I wish he would have communicated to me that he did not feel he had the resources to provide me counseling on that matter rather than make the issue worse. His own personal beliefs took over the session and added to my existing trauma. If you are seeking sexual trauma therapy/counseling I do not recommend Craig French."
