"My husband and I got massages there last week and we were very unimpressed. From the reviews we thought it would be amazing but it was honestly mediocre, especially for what we paid. My husband never complains but even after the massage he agreed. There were multiple times the women took breaks, almost like they were stretching the time out. I get walking away to grab something but it was happening CONSTANTLY to the point where we were both wondering where they were going? When we got there it was not rooms, it was a cubicle we were in, which should have been our first indication that this wasn’t going to go well. There were at least two people who came in during our service that we could hear. When they did massage it was good but there were just so many breaks. There was also an offer for a free back scrub which we thought was awesome and would be added onto our time. It was not. It was taken out of it. We got the scalp treatment and they told us they used oil, which we said would be fine as long as we didn’t look greasy after since we had a movie to go to. We were assured that it would not make our hair greasy. When we left my husband could obviously get away with it more but my hair looked WET! We have had a ton of massages together and this one was honestly the most disappointing. I’m sure this place is great for some people but it was not great for us nor was it worth the money. We wanted to try to support another business but next time we’ll take our business back to ideal image day spa."
