"Did not have a good experience here with therapist Misty. I honestly wasn't sure if she was in therapy, or I was. She talked about herself constantly. Without knowing me well, or my life experiences, she voluntarily voiced opinions about choices she made in her life. How these choices were a mistake and if she had the chance to go back she would do it differently. I came for death grief therapy and she immediately wanted to jump into childhood trauma therapy. She showed me a very poorly done, childish, power point presentation that she warned me, multiple times, would elicit a traumatic and emotional response. It was terrible and when it was over, she asked me how it made me feel, was I sad or feeling upset. I told her no, and she immediately came to the conclusion that I had no residual childhood trauma. It just doesn't work that way..."

"My therapist Misty was nice bit their billing practices ridiculous. When I was looking into seeing one of their therapist's I asked how much they charge. I was told that it all depends on what your insurance will cover, but once they bill the insurance they will let me know how much my part will be. I was then charged over $500 to my account in 2 days. When I spoke with Cami who is in charge of their billing I was told that each of their therapist's charge $180 per session. My insurance paid $60 leaving $125 as my portion each session. I have never been charged so much for therapy. And the fact that the charged me for 4 sessions within 2 days, without any bill or explanation of the charges is ridiculous."
