"This is a weekend walk-in clinic. They are only open Saturday and Sunday. I was so absolutely grateful to not have to drive into Salt Lake to find an Instacare on a Saturday! There was no wait and the staff are very professional!"

We stopped here while out of town and he took us seriously and gave us the upmost respect. My loved one stated she finally felt validated for once out of all the people she's seen. "So ever since the other instacare on Main Street in Tooele closed, this weekend clinic has supposedly been the Intermountain healthcare option for those of us out in Tooele County. Online on Intermountain's website, it lists their hours as 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday, in building B, suite 201. Well the reason why I am giving only one star is because of false advertising, and we didn't even get to be seen. Today (Sunday) my husband and I called the number listed and every time received an automated message saying the number we have tried to reach does not have their voicemail set up. So since we have both heard from many different people that the clinic is up and running, and with it being 10:45am we decided to just go, because as it says both on google maps and on Intermountain's website, it should be open. We arrived shortly after 11am, to an empty parking lot, (didn't check around back) but we found that building B's front door was open, so we parked and went inside the dark building up to suite 201, only to find the office locked, lights off and nobody in sight. We were both very disappointed that we had been hearing about the awesome "weekend clinic" that can treat UTIs, or ear infections etc. But found that it wasn't even open like advertised online, and since Intermountain has abandoned Tooele County, we unfortunately then had to drive with a very sad and hurting baby 30 minutes out to West Valley to the next clinic that we knew would take our insurance without any afterward billing hassle. I wish we hadn't driven the 15 minutes (30 min total) into Tooele, and would have just gone straight to West Valley."

"Worst hospital in the state and its proven when they cant even honor a scheduled induction for birthing because they cant even keep their labor and delivery staffed properly to keep people safe. Always with an excuse in the e.r. you could be bleeding out and theyd tell you "take a seat well be with you in a moment." Then take an hour to get to you. To some up this hospital in one word, "JOKE" would be a compliment."
