"A1 Alliance Counseling has been a critical part of my and my husband’s healing journey. Without getting into the nitty gritty of what we have dealt with, I can easily tell you that we would have never made it to where we are as a couple had we not found the compassionate, caring counselors at A1 Alliance. We have both had individual sessions with Shane and Colby and I tear up when I think about what those two men have done for us. We, of course, have had to do our own introspective work, and do the work at home in using our tools and trying different ways of living- but it was the tools and space that our counselors gave us to allow us to become new people. As to speak to their billing- a business definitely needs to be responsible for billing in a timely manner. But as a client, I should always be responsible for making sure I am even on my end financially. When I go get a haircut, I make sure the service I had done was paid for before I leave the building. The A1 Alliance billing department comments on these reviews do not reflect the kind of counseling you will receive. And I can assure you, that I would trust any family member or loved one with Shane or Colby to receive the specific help that they can provide. My future is on a more positive trajectory because of my time spent with Shane and Colby at A1 Alliance Counseling."

"Annette Harmon is non responsive for weeks on end. Doesn't clearly communicate billing issues. The Therapists are great and can answer questions about billing to a certain degree. A1 changed online portals and billing systems which did not display correct balance due, I was sent to collections for the first time in my life. If you want quality customer service, streamlined billing and mental healthcare, You may want to look into another location/business. I would not recommend and be cautious of the lack of professionalism at this facility. Thank you for reading."
