"Definitely not a Kids First Company. Challenger Schools in CA forces us to use this company unfortunately. They closed their store in the Bay Area during the pandemic even though the Challenger schools were open and at full capacity. Now we have to get mail order uniforms shipped. It's 37 degrees today and my son is cold in his class because Scholar Wear doesn't have any sweaters for sale and the school won't allow him to wear any other sweater."

"This is the only company that provides clothes for the Challenger School. They send their packages out by United States Postal Service. As many people know, the US Postal Service is not the most reliable form of mail delivery. Of course, my son’s clothes got lost. He started school without the clothes. And Scholar Wear will not do anything about it while I am waiting for the post office to fix this issue. Instead, your child must wait until the post office issue is resolved which takes days because of its bureaucratic system. So, they expect you to buy new clothes and spend more money on their company for clothes that you won’t need while the issue is being resolved. With the prices that they charge for children’s clothing, you would think they would provide better customer service, but they do not. You would also hope they would use a better mail delivery service, but they do not. If you have a choice in using another company for your child’s school clothes, then use it. Otherwise, it looks like Scholar Wear has a monopoly on your children’s clothing and they could care less about Customer Service."

"I needed to leave a quick review of the team here. I drove about 30 mins to the store only to arrive after they had closed!!! Oh no! Thanks to the awesome team there, they welcomed us in and told us they would stay to take care of us. I can't thank them enough for doing so!!! We purchased the uniform for our daughter to attend challenger school. They helped us find everything and had plenty of inventory for size options and colors. The uniform is a touch on the expensive side of things but I was relieved that the quality was paired with the price tag. It seems like all of the materials and clothing were well made. I'll be keeping an eye on them with a 4 year old putting them to the test! My gut tells me they will last! Thanks again for the great experience scholar wear!"

"Young woman who helped was extremely nice and helpful. The store is very clean/organized. However- I absolutely dislike the uniforms. They are a pain in the butt for the littles to get dressed in the morning and outrageously priced. Should make pants elastic waist and the cardigans zippered. The buttons are already falling off the cardigan I just bought. One of my children suffer from eczema. If she gets too hot & irritated she starts to scratch. The polos are ok but the white shirts-very uncomfortable. Also, do they get in long sleeve for the winter? I hope so...buying only those awful cardigans is ridiculous. Also, the pants-ugly & and uncomfortable material. They should haver some stretch to make them comfortable. I hate the Challenger uniforms. Why can't we buy uniforms from ONavy, Target, etc....oh...because Challenger Corporate is stingy with money."

"School uniforms are expensive, but the recycled uniforms and spare buttons to help the older uniforms last are great. I went in for some preschool pants and my son's size was sold out. They offered to have their store in CA mail me the correct size. Great service!"
