"I did not have a good experience at my office visit yesterday. I was a few minutes late probably five or six. The receptionist said it didn’t look like the visit was canceled but she would go back in the back and check. She checked in about five minutes later came out and said it was too late. They had to cancel the appointment, but not to worry, they made me another one for four weeks later. I was not happy about that. I thought it was poor Customer Service."
