Jaiden (I’m probably misspelling) greeted us every morning with a smile, taking our order and making us feel important by remembering us. Today this kind of customer service is rare. "Not that great anymore. We got the iced green tea latte and the cinnamon dolce latte. They both tasted like 98% milk. In the past the iced green tea latte was amazing. Definitely feel like I wasted my money."

"The guys who were working the shift I visited had excellent customer service as most Starbucks employees do. They were Professional with an authentic excitement about them...
