"Nobody was at the desk when I went to pick up my dog, but my bill was there with my dog’s name on it. So I went and paid it. They asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I would have been more than happy to give had my dog been properly groomed. When they brought him out he was very frazzled. The cut was extremely scraggly, and uneven and he did not feel clean. I was definitely not satisfied with the low standard especially for what I paid. :("
