"We were not impressed by our experience. We took our cat in and they did nothing for him and referred us to an ER. At the ER they did everything that the Dr at UrgentVet said she couldn't do and all the diagnosis she gave were incorrect. The vet made me very worried about my cat and the ER made me calm and said this would have been the perfect thing to be treated at an urgent care instead of the ER. The prices were the exact same as the ER so there was no point in going to a place that couldn't do as high of care if needed. The vet tech was very kind and helpful!"

"I was super happy with the service at this facility. They were able to diagnose and treat my little dog with expertise, compassion, and professionalism. The vet went above and beyond to care for my little yorkie and recommend a treatment. The vet communicated and kindly listened to my concerns and answered my questions. All the staff were helpful and friendly. And I loved that I could book the appointment online, and I got right in when I arrived. If you are seeking quality care for your pet, I highly recommend this facility."

"The staff and doctor were very nice and did a great job. They had only been open a couple days and were not busy so we were seen immediately. The only issue I had was the cost. They claim to be 40% cheaper than emergency visits. I don't think so. There are other alternatives, some open 24/7. The exam and consult were reasonable at $125. The lab costs were pretty outrageous in my opinion. $250 for chem 17 panel, a separate $105 for electrolytes and $145 for a CBC. $100 for placing an IV and almost $50 for a bag of fluid plus an additional charge for supportive care of $73.56 which I guess was running in a 250 cc bolus of fluid and maintenance fluids while waiting for the labs to get finished but not included in the initial exam and consult."

"Very kind and thoughtful. When your pet isn’t feeling well it’s always so nice to have people care for your pet like you do. They explained to me every step of the way how they were helping Gidget. The follow up call was so nice. I was happy to tell them that Gidget felt much better."

"Incredible experience for an unfortunate event. My wife and I discovered that one of our 5½ week old puppies had a injured hind paw that was swollen and oozing pus. We were on our way to the emergency vet in Layton UT when we noticed on Google Maps UrgentVet was much closer to our home. I called UrgentVet to make sure they could care for our puppy (a live person answer the call not an automated message) they confirmed that they were comfortable and equipped to handle the situation. I was told how much the office visit was but the price for the care plan would be decided after the puppy was seen. The staff was amazing! A veteran technician greeted us at the door while I checked in on an IPad. We were taken back to a private examination room. The technician was examining our puppy, gathering information of her history and handling her as if she was her own pet which my wife and I appreciate so much. Our technician had 12 years of experience and was beyond knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and concerns. A veterinarian was in our room in less than 20 minutes examining our puppy. The puppy was taken into the care area. Her paw was flushed and cleaned, a round of antibiotics was given and a after care plan was made. Our visit to UrgentVet was much less expensive than trips we have had to make to the Emergency vet with our puppies. The staff was much nicer and gave fantastic care information. I hope we don't have to go back, but if we did I know that they would make it the best experience they can. Best, Johnny McAdams"
