"Came into the Heber location hoping to exchange a pair of Adidas that I absolutely loved, but needed something with a wider fit. Shawn, the branch manager, was amazing in helping me make the exchange, even going so far as to call the Orem location and track down my purchase as I'd come in unprepared without receipt. I admitted the fault to be mine and was willing to buy the new pair outright, but Shawn really went the extra mile to get the shoes exchanged and save me the cost. Very grateful to him for his knowledgeable approach and kind understanding."

"Wow. I just went in to by shoes for work. As I was paying, I asked Erick who is amazing BTW, if there was another pair due to a little scuff on the shoe. Shawn the store manager came by and said that the shoe is like that and I'm not giving you a discount and threw the shoe back at me where the box was at. Then started to say that I can be mad all I want and that's it tough. I never asked for a discount but asked if there was another pair. Video camera clearly shows that. Shawn is the worst person in customer service I have ever dealt with. I work in customer service so this was a surprise that a manager would act like that. I was shocked!!"
