"I ordered an item which did not fit me properly. I attempted to contact Contagious Boutique by phone, email, etc. was unable to figure out a way to return the item I purchased. I would have continued yo order from this store, but will never attemp to purchase anything in the future. Their return policy is within 24 days. I have run out of time. I must now donate the item. Very u professional. Their phone number on their website is also not set up for accepting messages."

"I ordered for the first time from Contagious Boutique. I ordered size small. When it came, I realized I needed a medium. I contacted them. I got a response the very next day. I was told to go ahead and keep the small and gift it away and they would mail me a medium. They did in fact mail me a medium without making me pay shipping to send the small back or pay anything to receive the medium. They were very quick to respond to email each time we communicated. I appreciate the very generous service. Thank you!"

"To say that I have never received worse customer service from a company would be an understatement. The clothing is very poor quality, they provide misleading and inaccurate shipping information, take a month or more to ship products, and refused to respond to e-mails asking for clarification. Even worse, this company is unlicensed with the Better Business Bureau so buyers are not protected. Beware of this company and buy at your own risk."
