"I took my 350Z in to have a headlight bulb replaced and to have a faulty window motor looked at. After all was said and done, they had replaced nearly all the internal components in the driver's-side door, and they claimed that both headlight assemblies needed replaced...and now, afterwards, the speakers in my driver's side door no longer function!! So, nearly $5,000 later, when all I wanted was for them to replace a headlight bulb and a window motor. Then afterward, they got frustrated that I wanted the old headlight assemblies back as the right one was perfectly functional. They first claimed that they threw all of that away, but after pressing, the headlight assembly magically appeared, and surprise! It wasn't in the trash... I don't know, it seemed sketchy. I only went to this location because I'm stuck in this area for a few months, and I had no choice. The maintenance manager is also a bit gruff. It always seems like he's being hassled, or he's frustrated with every human interaction he has. All the other employees that I encountered, however, were all very pleasant and courteous people."
