"DO NOT USE •• Very very rude and unprofessional • Priced by my uncle the week before and was told diagnostics would be $75 and to send me in • then I call and ask and the woman said $100 I said that strange last week it was $75 and she said his tools subscription went up so it’s $100 then she gets DJ on the phone and he says it’s $150!! Then they both over talk me on the phone and the old lady says we aren’t working in your car and hung up! BEWARE •• do not go to a place like this! I think it’s sad that people can take advantage of folks just because • I’d wayyyyy rather pay more and get told the truth than be lied to about pricing even before it started • I really think it’s because I drive a Lexus that they tried to price gouge me •• I can only imagine how much he’d charge! I hope I find the other shop the other reviewer on here wrote about • seems like a better experience ••"
