"If there is a zero rating this place deserves it! The hair product sold to me was trash! In addition the owner it whomever she is gives poor advise and has a nasty attitude!"

"Do not give these people your money. There is an older lady(possibly the owner) working here who is Rude Rude Rude! Talking crazy to customers for no reason when she should be thankful anyone would step foot in this rundown establishment. The store is junky, dirty, and claustrophobic! They keep some products in the back forcing you to have to wait and ask for them to look for your color for you. This made her get an attitude to have keep looking for me when they could solve this by keeping the products on the shelf like most beauty supply stores do! She then told me not to touch the displays too much because she has to sell those too. I told her she doesn’t have to be rude and don’t even worry about it because I won’t be spending a dollar in there. They continue to treat their customers like this because we allow it, don’t give these people your money."

"I returned items purchased the day before unopened only for management to refuse a refund. There's no policy posted in the store or receipt stating this information. The items in the store are overpriced, customer service is lacking, and I will be reporting their business practices to the proper authorities. Black people please stop supporting these businesses."

"I visited this store today after my hair appointment to buy braid mousse. This was first and last time I even think about buying anything from this old rundown establishment. The korean guy at the front counter wearing a face mask was so rude! He never greeted me but when it came time to run my card he snatches it from my hand barely tells me the total. So as he hands me the bag I snatched it just exactly how he did with my card. Oh wait that doesn't feel good when someone treats you exactly how you treat them. Then he says something under his breath to me, I have to turn around and laugh tell him where he can go but I quickly reminded him that he's making his money off the very customers he's rude too. But I find that expensive mousse online at Amazon now!"

"The owners of this shop are literally hostile with their customers at best and entirely undeserving of their business at worst. It really should be revoked. They order you about, screech back answers to questions when they bother to answer, and traipse around behind you awaiting the opportunity to pounce C gleefully accusing you of theft. In their view every customer is a thief and just who wants to spend their money with people who treat you like you just boosted the place. Good riddance to you Seven. You could stroke ME a check and I’d not step foot in there again. Nasty old bats."
