"Dropped off clothes to be cleaned was told they would be ready Thursday after 5. I went in Friday and was informed that they weren’t ready. I said that’s ok they asked if I could come in Monday. I said that’s fine. When I went in Monday they still weren’t done and the girl working had such an attitude that it was my fault. I said they should have been ready Thursday. I said why didn’t you do it Friday when you asked if I could wait til Monday. She insisted that they don’t do anything on the weekend and that I’d need come back. I just said just give me my stuff and I’ll go somewhere else. She was very annoyed that I wanted my things without them being cleaned. Horrible attitude from employees and didn’t provide service."

"I will never use this business again. I was quoted a price when I scheduled pickup. After a week I called to see where my comforter was, they couldn't find it. Said call again in a week. I waited 2 weeks called they said call on Monday. so I went in person on Monday, they found them in the back, they said they were cleaned, but needed to be bagged. Im not sure they even cleaned them. Then they wanted to charge me double. I said I have an email stating the price he said I don't care I didn't quote you that price. Terrible service."

"BEWARE!!!! I absolutely would not recommend ever using this dry cleaners! This company lost an extremely expensive jacket of mine, and was completely unwilling to be helpful at all. They took zero ownership of a process that is 100% in their control and instead tried blaming the loss on some far-fetched scenario of someone stealing my coat. Unbelievable, that a business can operate like this!"

"Took a Custom Fitted Dress in for DRY CLEANING a New Dress and a New Men's Dress Shirt in for a Press on a Tuesday. I was told they would be ready on The Following Thurdsay after 5pm. Called at 415pm to see if they were ready for pick up by any chance. I was informed that they had not been started and was told they would b ready on Friday after 12pm. I showed up Friday after noon at around 3pm. I was told that they were not ready and said the would be about 5 minutes to DRY Clean the Fitted Dress. I waited for approximately 20 minutes and received my clothing. Got home and noticed condensation on the Dry Cleaned Fitted Dress bag and the top portion of the dress was soaking wet and damp towards the bottom half. Called and was told they spot cleaned the Fitted Dress. There was two noticeable spot still on the Dress that was not clean. I was informed that I was given a 20% discount after asking for one at the pick up. There was technically a discount already because it was entered incorrectly when I dropped them off. Th owner was the one I originally dropped off to. I was charged $38 for the 3 items and there wasn't the best customer service and definitely not very good quality cleaning. They said I could bring it back to be redone at no charge. It should've been done correctly the 1st time and on time when promised."

"Called to get a quote to iron three shirts that were brand new and we just wanted the wrinkles out. We were quoted by a man, three dollars a shirt and we were told that they could be ready for pick up the next day. When we went to drop off a woman was working and quoted us three dollars a shirt to press plus a five dollar fee for each of them to have them ready that day. She was not friendly and didn’t seem to care for our business. Already making the drive there we decided to have them pressed anyways. When we returned later to pick them up, the total price had increased yet again. When we got home and took the shirts out of the bag, we discovered they were still covered in wrinkles and now had black streaks. We are now left, scrambling to find another shirt to purchase as we need it for a wedding tomorrow. When we called back, the same woman answered the phone we told her about the black streaks and the wrinkles. She told us that she pressed the shirts herself, and that the marks were already on the clothing. We asked her why they were still wrinkled, and she said because the shirts are new and the wrinkles won’t come out she told us there is nothing she could do for us and was not even apologetic. We asked her to speak to the owner. She told us that he will not be in until Tuesday. We then asked for her name and she said it was McKenzie and that she was the owners daughter , she then told us that we’re not welcome back and we need to take our business elsewhere. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before taking our clothing there because it seems that a lot of people are having the same problem with terrible customer service and prices they have cost us valuable time and money. We cannot get back , please save your money and take your business elsewhere where you’re valued as a customer and your hard earned money is valued and appreciated for an excellent service."
