"Gave me the wrong suit twice. My recent two suit does not look like it was cleaned. Still has smudge on suit and lint around the suits. I've been coming here since 2017. But now the quality of service have gone down. Very disappointed"

"I was reluctant to try Country Cleaners because of the bad luck I've had with cleaners since moving here, combined with some of the negative reviews. I've been here several times now and have had everything from solid white jumpsuits, to sequin gowns and high end designer dresses serviced and I don't have any complaints with the outcome. The guy that's there in the morning (might be the owner) is very friendly. It's in a good location in Layton, sort of next to Cracker Barrel, and they have good hours. Comforters are $25, shirts are $4 and everything else is $6. The down side is that they only take cash or checks, so now I keep a checkbook in my purse since I never have cash and I always have several items to drop off."

"I was referred to this cleaner by a friend and was excited to be able to potentially support a local business. I dropped off a dress shirts and picked them up to find that four of them had not been cleaned after mentioning specifically stains on the collar needed to be treated and addressed. I was told that they would treat and be able to remedy these issues. However upon returning it again to pick up the shirts I observed that if anything the stains appear to be worse and more set. I realized that along with what I thought was fair pricing the quality is discount and well this might be a great service for mostly clean clothes you do receive discount quality on the finished product I attempted to understand why they could not get out simple neckwear stains and was informed that those usually don’t come out this is not been my experience over the last couple of decades and was discouraged to hear this I was invited to stay and wait for the owner to return or I could argue with him longer as stated by this employee. Initially I was very excited to have found a quality cleaners however I realize that along with fair pricing and quality is definitely lacking as well as the customer service. Attached photos show the stains on the neck that were not treated in addition to that you will see regular neckwear discoloration the shirts are brand new and never been dry clean before I am surprised they were not able to get these clean as with any of the prior cleaners I have ever used. Pay a little more for quality service."
