"We’ve used Citrus Carpet Cleaning twice recently (in different homes) and have been extremely pleased with the service as well as the communication from the office and the techs. We get friendly reminder texts (but nothing excessive). The techs have always arrived within the 2-3 hour time frame they’ve given and the techs have texted to let us know when they’re on their way. We found the techs to be friendly and helpful. They may suggest additional services such as extra stain protection but they are not pushy at all. We’ve been impressed with how the tech protects our home with hose guards and takes care to provide a service as if it were at their own home. The tech will come in and spray spots that might need extra help. At our most recent carpet cleaning job Citrus ended up giving us a 30% discount because the job ended up being larger (square footage-wise) than we anticipated. Very pleased with Citrus and their service."

"*Update* Caleb came to see what went wrong with the first cleaning. He determined that the correct treatments were not used. He made sure he covered all the areas well and made the rest of our carpet smelled fresh and clean! I’m happy with the outcome so far. Just waiting for it to dry so we can make sure the smell is gone! He was very nice and professional and still guaranteed this treatment. He said he would come out and do it again if we need it! I searched for a company that could remove, and that would guarantee that they could remove pet urine scent from carpet and pad. We had our carpets cleaned and two rugs, and now our entire house smells like dog urine! Not only was the smell still there, it’s worst and the rest of the carpet doesn’t smell fresh and clean like I expected. They said they would come and redo it, so let’s hope!"
