They have cleaned our upper level, basement, and upholstry on our couches and chairs. Communication has been usually through text and has always been great. Most recently, we stained our couch with food that our normal household products just wouldn't work. I created an appointment with Pineapple online around 930 at night, received an automatic text from them and then the next morning in normal business hours, we connected and they came right over immediately.
