"We had Big Jim's come pick up our cream colored rug to be cleaned. I received a call from Wes (one of the co-owners) letting me know that our rugs wear pattern was such that even after it was cleaned we still wouldn't be happy with the result. He didn't charge us for his time and effort and let us decide what we wanted to do with the rug from that point. I was so impressed by the service we received and the fact that they didn't charge us because the result wasn't up to their standards. I would recommend them to anyone!"
