"EDIT: I am giving five stars based on the owner's handling of the situation. She took a problem and turned it into a positive experience. I really like the way she stands by her business standards and ethics. I recently hired CH,HH to perform a deep cleaning of two rooms in my house before having guests over. Two cleaners were sent, and while one of them did an amazing job, the other one did not do anything but "clean" the refrigerator in the three and a half hours they were there. The lazy cleaner even started talking about her next job when she arrived, despite my being informed that they would stay longer if needed. The company sent me a text message to let me know it was taking longer than expected, which was fine. However, the lazy cleaner was procrastinating instead of working. I have attached photos of my kitchen after the lazy cleaner left. The company did offer to send the amazing cleaner back to fix the mess that the lazy cleaner left behind, but unfortunately, my schedule didn't allow for a second visit. I regret not keeping an eye on their progress while they were working. Although the company has been responsive to my complaints and has offered to adjust the invoice, I still felt the need to leave an honest review. I will use the company again, but leave enough time for a return visit if necessary."

"I just wanted to send a shout out about Sydney. She is such a great person to have on your staff. Completely sweet and professional but also so excellent at the job. She took the time today to do some deep cleaning (of her own accord, which is very much appreciated) and just like Rylee she has little special things she does like laying the blankets just so on the couch and refolding hanging towels. I love having them both come over. My house is always at its best after they leave. Thanks again!"

"We found Clean Home Happy Home of a google search of cleaning services around us. I got sent Maribel and she is by far an amazing cleaner. We love her work and how clean she would leave our house. When Maribel wasn’t around we would get Lenny and she’s just as good. I don’t have any complaints! We used them to do a deep clean on our entire house quite a few times and let me tell you they left it spotless! I love their work, thank you for always cleaning my home looking and smell amazing !"

"Well - my house was a complete disaster when we moved out and their crew came in and made it beautiful again. I kept apologizing in my correspondence with the company and they just kept reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, they were here to help. I can’t thank them enough for giving me peace of mind when I was so upset, and giving my house the major cleaning it needed. These guys are amazing. They were always on time and always happy! Correspondence was always quick. I would absolutely recommend them for a deep clean or a weekly clean."
