"Have never been here before, Tryied to call and schedule a new patient appointment for my family but no one answered the phone. Called twice."
"I am very disappointed with this office. I had a question about my medications and left a message with the Alec’s assistant and never got a call back. I had an appointment with Alec and it was good, but when I got to the pharmacy, 2 prescriptions were not there. I called the office and they sent me to her assistant who didn’t answer but said they would get back to me within 48 hours, but I needed the prescription now so I called and asked them to give her a note. Nothing. I went home and called again leaving a message and I re-called and asked them to give her a note. Finally after 2 days with no response, I called the front office and cancelled my next appointment and said my husband and I were going to get another doctor and I was going to write a bad review. Finally after that Alec called me and she told me that it was a busy office and the couldn’t get back to anyone in under 24 hours. I told her that that wouldn’t work for us. I left another message for her assistant that we didn’t have part of one prescription and asked if the paperwork had been sent into the insurance to bring the cost down from $560 to $11 but it has been over 48 hours and of course no response."
"wish I was able to leave a review about my care. But for the last two months I have tried to schedule an appt with this office, not picky on the Dr. I saw. Just wanted to be seen. They have re-scheduled my New Patient appt two different times. each a month in advance stating it was do to the holidays...when onw of the appts was a week and a half before a holiday...Do better."
"At 71 years old after many many doctors! I must say Dr. Craig is the very best. Friendly and kind while knowledgeable about all things medical which makes for a great General Practitioner. Can not imagine why he does not get 100% 5 stars"
"Dr Craig has been a great doctor for me. He always takes his time, never rushes me, and he's thorough. Its very obvious to me he cares about people and demands a lot of himself to do the most good possible. Plan ahead because he is a great doctor in high demand."
