"I don't care about waiting 5 mins for my food in the drive thru if it's gonna be made fresh and hot. I actually prefer that knowing its gonna be good. But when I'm the only car there, and there is no one inside. I wait for 5-7 mins, and for it to come out cold? Fries were cold and been sitting there for a long time. Chicken sandwich was alright, but cold fries ( which also had a hair in it!) and no to-go napkins? Like how are you missing even the basics when you are slow? This is the last time I come to this location."
"I tasted their biscuits and gravy I am all for some biscuits and gravy so when I say that their biscuits and gravy are good they are. The staff was nice and friendly however the manager seemed a little on edge that morning I was there but all and all it was a good experience for a come in order and take to go. The price for 4 biscuits and gravy was not that bad either. (Full disclosure not all restaurants can make good biscuits and gravy )"
"Every time we go here there’s something wrong. I have a list today! 1: Staff is not clean and personal hygiene and grooming is terrible. 2: Food; if they have it in stock it’s either way undercooked or cold 3: They are always out of what you want to order 4: The lobby and bathrooms are dirty. In fact, the entire establishment is dirty and has a strange smell. 5:On today’s visit, they were out of sourdough bread ( We were there for breakfast) Needless to say we did not stay. The only thing my husband will eat there is the ham frisco and after we were told no sourdough by a lady with more facial hair than my husband we left."
"I have been to this location 2 mornings in a row. Well both mornings I ordered omelette biscuits and let's just say for $5 a biscuit I was mad. Pictures provided. I have also tried to reach out to this location with no answer. I will not be returning very disappointed. There's eggs and cheese with a very little piece of sausage and then hardly any ham and bacon. All 4 were like this."
"Ordered the omelet biscuit and biscuits and gravy. They seemed shorthanded and overwhelmed. The biscuits and gravy was ok, but the omelet biscuit was simply an egg on a biscuit. Long wait times and rarely anyone at counter to give you utensils, pretty sure because there were only 3 people there working."
