"Use to be really good & great management, butttttt. The last 2 times I have eaten there my burger has not been right and the fries or tater tots are cold. Same thing happened to the people sitting at the next table. Their fries were cold and they ask the manager for "fresh hot fries please"! Her response was "I will see what is back there". This was at 730P.M. Thursday nite 2/22/24 - so hot food should not have been a problem. I kept my receipt from my last visit. It even shows what was ordered and it definitely did not match the burger they brought out! When you order a plane and dry burger, any other restaurant knows that would be meat and bun only. Mine was covered in cheese - even enough cheese for 2 burgers. That's not something easy to remove. And time did not permit me to wait on another burger to be made. Because even though they weren't busy, they were majorly slow & disorganized. Maybe there's just not enough training going on in this location. Or they just don't care anymore. It's to bad - because normally they were really good!"
"Went to grab a quick bite before the Clint Black concert and was sure glad we stopped here. My burger was cooked to perfection! My brother-in- law ordered Cobb salad. It had a couple of twists to the normal Cobb salad but it was excellent!"
"One word: grease! I have never had this place before snd will not be returning! The line was so long and only 1 cashier so I waited about 30 min just to order. There was so much grease on everything! The tots literally had grease seeping out of its container and most of the tots were smashed along with the container being 1/3 filled. Too expensive and the taste is not worth the price! I spent $22 on a burger and tots. I should have just went to a sit in restaurant or ordered room service."
"Great spot in the casino for a quick bite to eat. Burger was as expected. From the time we ordered to the time the food was brought out was about 8 minutes which is pretty good Wait times on lines can be long so catching it at the right time is key. I was a bit disappointed as they had nothing in the menu which was spicy (ie: jalapeños). Also ketchup container was near empty on the table. The table was clean but nobody is checking if condiments are ok."
