"The carpet is fine. The installation was awful. We had to call the installers back several times to fix things, primarily visible seams and places where you could feel with your bare feet that there was no pad. Even after coming back, I can still see the seams and I just found _another_ spot with no pad. Ymmv."

Ben and his team were great to work with - he provided honest opinions/recommendations every step of the way.
