"Love this daycare!"
"I used to work here. Their babies were getting sick & the owners didn’t want to do anything about it. I personally was put in a position where a child could’ve been seriously injured and i brought it up to the owners/directors who did nothing but yell at me & my coworker over things like how the food was cut & the amount/type of toys in the classroom, things the owners were in control of!! When issues were addressed I was told “no one around here has any real responsibilities anyways” by Glenda the owner/director & that’s not a misquote. For someone who owns & directs a daycare that’s kinda scary in my opinion that she personally thinks her own workers have no real responsibilities handling your children. Think about it. ***EDIT SINCE OWNER REPLIED*** Absolutely correct. USED to work there. I walked out when a child was trying to continually forcefully crack his head open all day when we had a classroom full of 12 toddlers & you, Ms Glenda Bell ignored all of our attempts to get your attentions or ask for help. Instead you yelled at us to the point where my coteacher also walked out due to disrespect in front of the children. Funny how it took you, Glenda, a year to respond."
"I called in and the older lady that answered the phone made me never want to enroll any of my children into this daycare. We just got a house in Surrey Hills, this is the only daycare close to us but i’d rather drive 10-15 minutes up the road than have my children in their care."
"Idk abt the teachers, but the managers/owners are terrible people. Specifically kelsey, from what i experienced they treat their workers very bad, and don't really care about the kids just their image. if you're looking for childcare careers, skip this one. you'll hate it."
"My 2 kids have been attending the Links (Hefner at first and now N. Mustang) for over 5+ years. The staff has done an incredible job. My kids love it there. They make our lives so much easier. I have never had any concerns with any of the staff or with the safety of my kids!!! Thank you Links Family!!!"
