"The stylists are usually pretty good no matter who you have. You can sort of request by calling in and asking for their schedule but you cannot schedule an appointment with a specific stylist. I appreciate their attention to detail especially with my calics and tips to keep them under control. I keep going back and I like their check in system because I'm not having to spend hours waiting."
