"@beauty_by_tnoel treated me poorly and is fraudulent in her business practices. Tailor Noel was extremely unprofessional and did an incomplete color job. She argued with me about my feelings on her work when I respectfully reached out. She agreed to take a look at it the next day (Thursday) and then proceeded to twice ignore my texts when I tried to schedule a specific time when I reached out on wed and Thursday morning. I drove out to Sandy to show up in person the next day to talk to her. She had me wait 45 minutes for her to finish another client and agreed to fix it, said she was happy I stopped by because she was too busy to text back, but still blamed me and said I had wanted my highlights over an inch from the root. I never said that. I said I don’t want a harsh line of demarcation. On the day of the 2nd appointment which was Saturday before last, she randomly asked for $50 extra while I was on the way over. When I questioned her on this, she told me I was out of line for asking for a fix over a week later, when it was only 3 days post styling job that I had contacted her. She then randomly informed me of her 3 day “fix policy”. She said the $50 was to pay for the product she would use to fix even though she should have applied that product during the initial appointment, I only wanted my roots completed correctly. She had never before mentioned her “fix policy” or this $50 fee when I came down to see her Thursday. How can anyone follow policies they are not informed of? I was a new client! After randomly informing me of her arbitrary policies, she blocked me when I told her I wouldn’t be coming in because I didn't agree with being randomly charged the day of appointment and I felt uncomfortable with the whole experience thus far. There were also other issues as well, like me telling her what my styling preferences are (cool/ icy look) and then her doing warm highlights because she preferred it etc. She acted like she did me a favor. I paid $250 total with tip to be disrespected, time wasted and to give a style that looks 2 months old. Hopefully this establishment Vets people and this rude and unprofessional so-called stylist with sketchy business practices merely fell through the cracks."
