"I have wondered if it was just me thinking that some of the staff are extremely rude especially that front desk manager she's definitely not suited for public service. I have had good and bad service and scheduled an appointment with somebody that had done a great job thelast time. After this last appointment I ended up having to put Neosporin and Band-Aids on four of my fingers because my skin was filed away. I had pulled my hand away several times to let her know that she was hurting me but then it kept happening with the hand file and with the drill. I will not be going back. It makes me wonder what you need to do to have friendly service at this place like everybody says they have because I have not had friendly service. I thought it was just me but many others have said the same The raunchy woman that works the front is one of the worst customer service people I have ever run into. One time 3 days after my fill I had 3 breaks. She was the one that fixed them and told me that it was my fault and the acrylic needs to be changed once in a while. Well hello I'm paying 40 plus a good tip! do your job and replace it. Very disappointing. This place is close to me but I will be traveling to see the great tech I went to for years. I only tried this place per referral. And now that person isn't happy. Flip Flop work on making your clients feel wanted and appreciated!"

"Annie did my nails and she did an amazing job!! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I got four compliments just going to pay for these. Everyone wanted to look at my nails. It made me feel so good about myself. I don’t get my nails done often but I will definitely be coming back here again! :D Edit: I got these done over 6 months ago but I wanted to add that these nails lasted me about 2 months and even then I had to pull them off. They pulled off pretty easy since it had been so long but some of them needed a little extra help coming off still. If you are even considering getting your nails done here just do it! The money was definitely worth it. I spent $120 between these and and a pedicure FYI."
